So often we fill these coffee cards with the same information like elevation, processes and how many hours it has been dried on raised beds. That's all great stuff, but sometimes it's nice to zone out, and just enjoy the coffee in front of you without doing a background check and making sure we know all the nitty gritty details. This collection of coffees is a photo series of hire cars from my travels which have been the gateways to adventure and great memories. Nothing drives like a hire car after all. This tiny little hatch-back was our ticket to exploring Iceland. We completed a full circuit of the country looking for shots that would make it to my exhibition with Danny the following year. The landscapes in Iceland are truly breathtaking. It is a wild place and every few kilometers we were pulling over to take another photo of another amazing landscape. The Don Rafael is a natural processed version of the Las Hermanas. They are both from the exact same place, same variety etc. The only change is the processing method. We bought it for its buttery Chardonnay body and rich plum and blackberry flavours.
